Opinion Poll #2 Results: Why Churches are Responsible

Hi Friends!

The averaged interest for the three topics (summarized):

  1. N.T. church versus today’s traditional church: 9

My opinion? #1 would be a “10” and #2 and #3 would be well below #1. Why?

  1. Because all Jesus is building here on earth today is His church, not a building but His people. And only the church, His people, can “overpower the gates of hell” (Mat. 16:18). Therefore, ONLY His church, His people, can conquer a city or nation away from hell.
  2. Because Jesus was given ALL authority and power in heaven and on EARTH. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations.” (Mat.28:18-20). God’s people are commanded to disciple nations/governments. Jesus did NOT say disciple, disciples, or disciple churches but rather disciple nations/governments.
  3. Because only Believers “belong to God [who] have already won a victory over [agents of the antichrist], because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world (1John 4:4 Amp).
  4. Because Jesus said to pray for God’s “will to be done on EARTH as it is in heaven” (Mat. 6:10). For sure it is God’s will that He rule through His people over cities and nations than the devil rule through his people.

I have ONE big question: considering all the above – why in our generation have immoral religious groups taken control of cities putting in place their unrighteous laws and millions of Christians in the United States and well over a billion Christians internationally have not taken control of even ONE city in the world establishing God’s moral Law?

The Muslims are doing it. The Hindus are doing it. Other pagan religions are doing it. The Communist and Marxist Left are doing it, the most deceptive religion of them all. The Bible makes clear that every city and nation is being ruled by some false god or the God of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In the past, as I have documented in previous Christian History’s, Christians have ruled many cities and nations. Many were European nations in the 16th and 17th century with the Protestant Reformers, as well as early America. [All Christian History’s are available in www.JimsBookstore.com.]

God ordained three Institutions: Family, State, and Church. All three He is to rule. If a father of a family is not following the Lord, every Believer in that family would do whatever they could to have their father follow the Lord. If a pastor of a church is not following the Lord, every Believer would do whatever they could to have that pastor follow the Lord or get rid of that pastor. If a ruler of a city or state is not following the Lord, every Believer should do whatever they could to have that ruler follow the Lord or get rid of that ruler.

Today is the 4th of July when we celebrate United States independence from Great Britian. But there is no comparison with today’s United States immoral civil laws and abuses than what caused the American Revolution of 1776!

Britian didn’t use taxes to murder millions of babies in mother’s wombs, to legalize same-sex marriages, to promote LGBTQ+ nationally and internationally, waving “pride flags” over the White House and our foreign USA embassies, forcing “shots” on citizens, force girls to accept boys in their dressing rooms, mutilate young boys and girls to change their sexes, or be fined and put in jail for not calling someone by their perverted pronoun, as such law was just passed in Michigan. These are only a few of the immoral laws now taking over the United States.

For far less, pastors preaching all over American were the catalyst igniting the 1776 American Revolution. Woe to those shepherds who are singing hymns to their sheep while the jackals are gathering outside.

Famous 19th century evangelist Charles Finney said: “If there is a decay of conscience, the pulpit is responsible for it. If the public press lacks moral discernment, the pulpit is responsible for it. If the church is degenerate and worldly, the pulpit is responsible for it. If the world loses its interest in Christianity, the pulpit is responsible for it. If Satan rules in our halls of legislation, the pulpit is responsible for it. If our politics become so corrupt that the very foundations of our government are ready to fall away, the pulpit is responsible for it.”
